渣打(02888.HK)溫拓思料聯儲局再加息四分一厘
渣打(02888.HK)行政總裁溫拓思表示,由於通脹頑固以及經濟數據強勁,預計利率將在長期保持高位,並預計聯儲局會再加息四分一厘。
他稱,貨幣政策的影響正在整個經濟中傳播,當中房地產及企業投資的影響最大。不過由於美國經濟強勁,預計利率會在長時間內保持高利率,這將導致非必要開支下降,但企業盈利仍然會保持強勁。
本周以巴衝突升級,但溫拓思稱事件尚未對渣打業務產生直接影響,未有跡象顯示該行在沙地阿位伯的業務會因中東局勢而改變,而渣打在以色列則未設有分支機構。
另外他提到,預計今年中國經濟將增長5%,仍遠低於疫情前水平,情況有點令人失望,但隨著中國政府致力擺脫房地產危機,中國前景仍然尚可。
