中公教育(002607.SZ)：與創業黑馬擬在職業教育服務、算力服務以及模型開發訓練等方面開展深度合作
格隆匯10月12日丨中公教育(002607.SZ)公佈，公司與創業黑馬科技集團股份有限公司（以下簡稱“創業黑馬”）簽署了《戰略合作框架協議》（以下簡稱“合作協議”），雙方本着平等、自願、互惠、雙贏的原則，經友好協商，達成合作共識，擬建立長期、緊密、務實的戰略合作關係，實現強強聯合、優勢互補，就基於人工智能領域的職業教育服務、算力服務以及模型開發訓練等方面開展深度合作。合作協議的主要內容有：
1、算力合作：公司在職業教育行業相關的垂類行業模型的開發和訓練，需要大量的算力，基於雙方形成的戰略合作關係，創業黑馬同意將其採購的約500P算力優先提供給公司使用，以滿足公司對垂類模型的強大開發需求。同時，基於公司在職業教育行業領域的客户積累，與創業黑馬在算力市場上探索多元化合作模式。
2、職業教育垂類模型開發：雙方將探索AI技術服務賦能的新模式，由黑馬智算中心提供算力支持，雙方共同開發、訓練職業就業垂類模型並推廣應用，共同賦能職業就業培訓行業。
3、AI培訓產品以及AI行業人員技能培訓服務：雙方同意將公司的成熟業務模式與創業黑馬龐大生態客户資源進行協同，共同在人工智能培訓領域探索多元化培訓產品和培訓服務，包括但不限於培訓客户羣體進行培訓產品升級、進行人才技能培訓，在促進就業、創業、服務AI人才培育與AI高端人才集聚等方面，共同研發人工智能職業就業培訓輔導內容。
4、成立合資公司：雙方將以成立合資公司的模式，全面且深度就以上合作事項予以落地推進，以利益綁定的方式，將雙方資源和價值最大化。
為推動公司業務的變革與創新，公司成立人工智能與教育研究院，逐步探索垂直領域內數字人、生成式大語言模型等技術在就業服務領域的運用和創新，助力資源效益的進一步提升。公司對所在行業的大模型開發、訓練以及算力有着廣泛需求。
