日本東證所碳積分交易市場今啟用 首批參與政商機構達188家
東京證券交易所轄下東證所碳積分交易市場今日(11日)起正式啟動,是日本作為世界第五大二氧化碳排放國的首個碳積分交易市場。日本經濟產業大臣西村康稔在啟動儀式上稱,希望更多企業參與及熟習系統,使日本可以同時促進經濟發展及有效減碳。
開市初期首批參與交易的企業、金融機構和地方政府數量達到188家,包括丸紅、伊藤忠、住友商事、三菱日聯摩根士丹利證券等本土大型企業,亦有跨國公司如中石油(00857.HK)旗下中國石油國際事業日本公司等參與。
東證所料每年有價值50萬噸碳排放「J積分」交易。此前積分在日本以協商至形式進行,東證所料公開市場系統可增加交易透明度。
