《內地樓市》貝殼研究院:十一黃金周長假二手房日均成交量按年增3%

據《證券時報》引述貝殼研究院數據顯示,受利好政策影響,9月重點50城市二手房成交量按月增加21%,帶看量按月增加17%。一線、二線及三四線城市二手房成交量按月分別增加31%、20%及8%,帶看量按月分別增加23%、11%及3%。其中,京滬二手房價連續第二個月回升,9月按月分別上漲0.7%及1.4%。中秋國慶期間,二手房日均成交量較2022年國慶期間增長3%,帶看量增長13%,意味著二手房市場交易持續修復。 從房價來看,諸葛數據研究中心發布數據顯示,2023年9月,100個重點城市二手住宅市場均價為每平方米15,378元人民幣,按月下降0.33%,跌幅較上月收窄0.19個百分點,按年下降2.05%。9月單月二手房價格繼續延續下滑態勢,但跌幅呈現收窄跡象。預計10月份二手房價格跌幅有望繼續收窄。
