通鼎互聯(002491.SZ):擬以6000萬元新設兩家全資子公司
格隆匯10月9日丨通鼎互聯(002491.SZ)公佈,公司於2023年9月28日召開了第五屆董事會第二十六次會議(臨時會議),審議通過了《關於對外投資設立孫公司的議案》。
因經營發展需要,公司控股子公司蘇州通鼎新能源有限公司(公司持股51%,以下簡稱"通鼎新能源")擬以自有資金6,000萬元人民幣新設兩家全資子公司蘇州通鼎未來信息科技有限公司(以下簡稱"通鼎未來信息")、蘇州裕秀新能源有限公司(以下簡稱"裕秀新能")(以上均為暫定名,最終以工商核准為準)。
