新世界發展(00017.HK)公布截至去年12月底止全年業績,指出可動用資金合共約939億港元,包括現金及銀行結餘約545億港元及可動用的銀行貸款約394億港元,財務穩健,可預見的將來並沒有供股或配股計劃,亦沒有向股東集資的需要。
因應快速發展的產業格局,集團持續積極探索各項業務的策略選擇,以釋放個別業務單位的價值;明確集團公司各自的策略重點;為股東帶來最大回報。如果集團尋求此類選擇,考慮到各自的業務計劃和當前市場狀況,該等選擇可能會同時進行或在不同時間進行。
