梁志堅冀政府全面撤銷樓市辣招
財政司司長陳茂波較早前表示會務實檢視樓市辣招。地產建設商會執委會主席梁志堅表示,希望政府能全面撤銷樓市辣招。
梁志堅指,全面撤銷辣招的效果會比逐步撤辣大,強調不是為了地產商,是為了本港經濟能逐步慢慢復蘇,希望當局做得徹底,否則經濟一旦下滑,將會有很大影響。
