太古地產(01972.HK)再與陸家嘴集團合作 發展兩個浦東區項目
太古地產(01972.HK)宣布,再度與陸家嘴集團合作,於上海浦東新區核心地段發展兩個全新綜合地標項目。 太古地產以總價97.1億元人民幣收購持有洋涇地塊及前灘21號地塊的兩間公司的股權。太古地產將持有這兩個項目各40%的權益。這兩個項目將是公司在中國內地的第九及第十個大型發展項目。地塊將發展為兼具零售、辦公及高端住宅等多用途的大型綜合項目。 太古地產行政總裁彭國邦表示,在公司千億元投資計劃下,很高興能落實這兩個在上海的重大投資,這將顯著拓展集團在這座重要城市的業務佈局。這兩個地塊及其所在區域極具發展潛力,區域內學校、醫院、文體設施和交通網路等一系列基礎設施不斷完善。尤其是洋涇地塊位於黃浦江畔,是太古地產將住宅品牌帶進中國內地的理想起點。 洋涇地塊位於內環線內,佔地約15.19萬平方米。洋涇項目規劃的建築面積約38.99萬平方米,包括地下零售建築面積2萬平方米。前灘21號地塊位於中環線內,佔地約6.38萬平方米。該地塊毗鄰三條地鐵線路的交匯點,與前灘太古里僅一街之隔,後者是太古地產與陸家嘴集團合作發展的首個項目。(sl/k~)
