中證國際(00943.HK)延發年度業績 料下周二起停牌
中證國際(00943.HK)公布,由於需要更多時間收集及提供核數師所要求之所需文件及資料,包括但不限於取得尚未完成之審核確認,公司將未能根據上市規則第13.49(1)及(2)條於9月30日或之前刊發2023年全年業績。
公司指出,集團截至今年6月30日止財政年度之未經審核管理賬目於現階段須待審核,有關資料可能會混淆或誤導股東及公司潛在投資者,因此公司不適宜刊發有關資料或初步業績。
目前,公司預期股份將於下周二(10月3日)上午9時起停牌,以待發2023年全年業績。
