《半日總結》恆指跌182點 科技及內房股弱 銀娛挫逾4%

港股期指結算日早市偏軟。恆指低開24點，初段倒升15點見17,627點後再度向下，曾跌230點低見17,380點，半日跌182點或1%，報17,429點；國指跌59點或1%，報6,009點；恆生科技指數跌60點或1.6%，報3,773點。大市半日成交總額411.29億元，滬、深港通南下交易半日淨流入16.66億及12.76億元人民幣。
科技股方面，阿里(09988.HK)跌1.3%報83.4元，騰訊(00700.HK)跌1.3%報298元，小米(01810.HK)、京東(09618.HK)及嗶哩嗶哩(09626.HK)跌1.4%至1.5%，網易(09999.HK)及美團(03690.HK)跌2.6%及3%，百度(09888.HK)及快手(01024.HK)跌0.5%及0.8%。此外，金蝶(00268.HK)、微盟(02013.HK)及金軟(03888.HK)跌逾3%，線上醫療平台阿里健康(00241.HK)及京東健康(06618.HK)跌逾5%。電動車股理想(02015.HK)終止美股ATM增發，股價跌2%，比亞迪(01211.HK)下滑0.6%。
恆大(03333.HK)、恆大汽車(00708.HK)及恆大物業(06666.HK)停牌，其他內房股普遍向下。昨日(27日)復牌的旭輝(00884.HK)及旭輝永升服務(01995.HK)跌9.5%及6.2%，奧園(03883.HK)跌5.5%。傳碧桂園(02007.HK)與兩財務顧問洽談，聘請其制定境外債重組計劃，碧桂園半日跌3.3%。龍湖(00960.HK)、綠城中國(03900.HK)及雅居樂(03383.HK)各跌逾2%。融創中國(01918.HK)平收報2.13元。
財政司司長陳茂波指樓市現況與引入辣招時不同。地產股新地(00016.HK)及太古地產(01972.HK)升逾2%。恆地(00012.HK)及恆隆地產(00101.HK)升0.9%及1.6%。
澳門旅遊局冀國慶單日客量高峰破14萬，料酒店房價與疫前同期相若，惟濠賭股向下，銀娛(00027.HK)跌4.2%，金沙中國(01928.HK)、永利澳門(01128.HK)、美高梅中國(02282.HK)及新濠國際(00200.HK)跌2%至2.9%。消費股普遍下跌，中國中免(01880.HK)、普拉達(01913.HK)、呷哺呷哺(00520.HK)、藍月亮(06993.HK)及蒙牛(02319.HK)跌2.7%至3.7%，貓眼娛樂(01896.HK)跌4.8%。維達(03331.HK)及滔博(06110.HK)則各升3.7%及4%。
金價失守1,900美元，山東黃金(01787.HK)及招金(01818.HK)跌3.9%及4.1%，紫金(02899.HK)跌2.1%。金融股方面，匯控(00005.HK)跌0.3%報60.65元，渣打(02888.HK)跌1.7%，港交所(00388.HK)及友邦(01299.HK)跌1.7%及1.3%。
