國際娛樂(01009.HK)獲臨時牌照馬尼拉建賭場 投資最少10億美元
國際娛樂(01009.HK)公布,全資附屬MSPI及NCL(作為持牌人)與PAGCOR(菲律賓博彩及賭博之監管及發牌機構)訂立臨時牌照協議,獲授臨時牌照於菲律賓馬尼拉市建立及營運賭場及發展綜合渡假區,至2033年7月11日止。
根據協議,持牌人就項目作出總投資承擔不少於10億美元及不多於12億美元。整個綜合渡假區發展總建築面積最少達25萬平方米,其中,包括一間設有約800間五星級豪華酒店客房的酒店、一所賭場、多項休閒設施及多個購物商場。
