國家金融監督管理總局河南監管局對中原銀行(01216.HK)贖回境外優先股無異議
格隆匯9月26日丨中原銀行(01216.HK)公吿,內容有關董事會審議通過擬贖回69,750,000股非累積永續境外優先股相關事宜。經董事會審議通過,將結合經營情況,在取得中國銀行業監督管理機構批准並符合相關要求的前提下,根據相關法律法規及本行公司章程要求,於2023年11月21日對全部境外優先股行使贖回權。
於2023年9月25日,收到國家金融監督管理總局河南監管局的覆函,國家金融監督管理總局河南監管局對於贖回境外優先股無異議。
