格隆匯9月22日丨中國光大控股(00165.HK)發佈公吿,有關公司發行本金總額為3億美元的優先永續資本證券。該等證券分別於2020年10月28日及2021年3月26日在聯交所及中華(澳門)金融資產交易股份有限公司(“MOX”)上市。於本公吿日期,該等證券本金總額3億美元仍尚未償還。根據該等證券的條款及條件,公司決定行使其選擇權,於2023年10月27日,按其尚未償還的本金總額以及截至該日期的任何應計分派(如有),贖回全部而非部分尚未償還的該等證券。
