解振華:全面淘汰化石燃料並不符合現實
中國氣候變化事務特使解振華在一個論壇上表示,全面淘汰化石燃料並不符合現實,因可再生能源發展以及能源儲存等關鍵技術仍不成熟,世界各國仍須繼續依賴化石燃料來確保經濟增長,又指只要能顧及各國不同的經濟狀況,中國對設定可再生能源目標持開放態度。
解振華表示歡迎美國提出將為發展中國家提供1,000億美元的氣候融資支持,但形容這只是「滄海一粟」。他又警告,能源保護主義可能使太陽能電池板價格上漲兩成至兩成半,進一步窒礙能源轉型,呼籲各國不要將新能源合作「政治化」。
同時他表示,中方希望歐盟不要訴諸於碳邊境調節機制的單邊措施,該機制將對來自中國和其他國家的進口產品徵收碳關稅。
