華新水泥回覆:首先,非洲地區的人均累計水泥消費量不高,現在人均年水泥消費量均未達到 100 公斤。未來非洲必有基建需求,但不會是中國模式,所以不能將中國發展模式複製到非洲。其二,非洲地區較好的礦產資源不多,這對項目的建設會帶來一定的困難。其三,非洲地區基礎條件差,電力供應弱,影響項目的建設週期。華新在非洲發展是根據當地市場需求來決定項目大小,充分發揮整合各項資源的能力優勢,不以破壞當地市場供需平衡為目的來發展業務。
