SPROCOMM INTEL(01401.HK)更改每手買賣單位至二千股
SPROCOMM INTEL(01401.HK)公布,於聯交所主板買賣之股份之每手買賣單位將由20,000股股份更改為2,000股股份,自今年10月13日上午九時正生效。董事會認為,更改每手買賣單位將降低每手買賣單位之價值,並促進交易量及提高股份流通性,從而使公司能夠吸引更多投資者及擴大公司股東基礎。
目前公司在未來十二個月並無計劃進行任何其他可能會對更改每手買賣單位擬定用途產生削弱或不利影響之企業行動,且公司在未來十二個月並無任何意向進行集資活動。然而,當合適的集資機會出現時,董事會不會排除可能進行債務及/或股權集團活動的可能性,以支持集團營運及日後發展。
