A股異動丨金帝股份一度觸及升停,證監會稱上市首日戰投出借證券符合監管規定
昨日升停的金帝股份今日盤初一度再觸升停板,最高報44.45元。9月19日,證監會就上週金帝股份上市首日即遭鉅額融券賣出事件做出迴應。證監會表示,經核查,金帝股份高管與核心員工參與戰略配售後,在上市首日由資管計劃通過轉融通業務將股票出借給證券金融公司,再由證券金融公司轉融券給13家證券公司,124名投資者(包括35名個人投資者、89傢俬募基金)依規從13家證券公司融券賣出。根據目前核查情況,上述融券業務符合當前監管規定,未發現相關主體繞道減持、合謀進行利益輸送等問題。
