《大行報告》大摩下調海螺水泥(00914.HK)目標價至25.9元 評級「增持」
摩根士丹利發表報告指,將海螺水泥(00914.HK)2023年至25年的自產水泥和熟料的出貨量預測各下調2%,反映自今年第二季起,因房地產市場需求不溫不火,集團位於華東的主要營運地區需求復甦較預期弱。
該行下調集團2023-25年每噸自產水泥和熟料利潤(GP/t)預測5%、6%及6%,反映市場競爭激烈。該行亦將公司今年、明年及2025年盈利預測分別下調12%、11%、10%,目標價由29.4元下調至25.9元,維持評級「增持」。(ca/k)
