《內地樓市》「認房不認貸」後落地後 統計指廣州成交量漲幅僅兩成
於今年8月底,廣州成為四個一線城市中政策放鬆的「先行者」。不過,政策很「給力」,銷售卻不「給力」。新政後幾日,北京及上海成交量翻倍,但廣州的成交量漲幅僅20%。 據《第一財經》引述中指院統計數據顯示,新政後,廣深購房意願變動幅度及房價上漲預期均不及京滬。北京及上海購房意願強於上月的受訪者佔比提升超過15個百分點,廣州及深圳提升幅度相對較小,分別提升7個百分點及10個百分點。 此外,政策調整後,北京及上海房價上漲預期明顯增加,分別上升5個百分點及4個百分點,廣州、深圳房價預期相對穩定,房價上漲預期變化不大。(ta/w) ~
