信置(00083.HK):料對啟德項目出資52.5億元
信和置業(00083.HK)公布,合資發展公司金得誠於周一(11日)以53.5億元投得九龍啟德第2A區2號地盤及3號地盤之用地。根據合營協議備忘錄,信和置業、中國海外(00688.HK)、鷹君(00041.HK)及華人置業(00127.HK)分別按50:20:20:10之股權比例成立合營公司灃威,以便在中標之後設立合資發展公司,從而根據招標細節及條件購入及發展該土地。
合營方就合資發展公司購入及發展該土地而作出的資本承擔總額(包括投標價)預計約為105億元,當中信和置業預期將會按照其於合營公司所佔的50%權益,出資約52.5億元。
