華置(00127.HK):料對啟德地承擔款項10.5億元
華人置業(00127.HK)公布,合營公司灃威的全資附屬金得誠以53.5億元投得位於香港九龍啟德第2A區2號地盤及3號地盤之該土地。
合營公司由公司、信和置業(00083.HK)、中國海外(00688.HK)及鷹君(00041.HK)最終分別持有10%、50%、20%及20%股權。集團對該等交易的承擔款項估計為10.5億元,包括地價的10%,及發展該土地的估計建築成本的10%。
