澳門酒店業者:周末入住率八九成 料國慶酒店房隨時「爆滿」
據《澳門日報》報道,澳門今年調整國際煙花比賽匯演日期,以覆蓋整個國慶黃金周。有酒店業者預計客量高峰期是中秋節後一兩天,目前已有旅客提早預訂9月30日及10月1日的酒店房,房價與暑假相若,估計今個國慶黃金周「分分鐘爆滿」。
澳門酒店旅業商會理事長盧志良表示,按傳統來說,9月是旅遊淡季,但今年似乎有所不同,剛過去的周六迎來逾十萬旅客訪澳。雖說仍有疫後「報復性出行」助力,相信旅遊局精心的旅遊部署,國內外大力推廣本澳特色、活動盛事佔很大因素,令旅客感受到“月月精彩”。現時不管是經濟型或博企酒店均有捧場客,平日入住率達七八成,周末有八九成。
對於國慶黃金周酒店房價,他稱會比平日適當地提高一些,但料與暑假期間相若,即博企五星酒店每晚約三至四千澳門元,三、四星酒店一千五至二千澳門元,升幅正常。
