《即日市評》恆指「五連跌」 遠洋飆八成 融創先升後急回
市場觀望美國本周稍後時間公布通脹數據,港股今日(12日)反覆向下。美股道指及納指隔晚(11日)各升近0.3%及1.1%,撰文之時,美國10年期債券孳息率跌至4.278厘,美匯指數升至104.75,道指期貨最新跌49點或0.14%,納指期貨最新跌0.3%。上證綜指今日跌5點或0.18%收3,137點,深證成指微跌0.08%,而滬深兩市成交額共7,083億元人民幣。 恆指低開80點後,初段曾跌204點一度低見17,892點,其後曾倒升49點見18,145點,全日跌70點或0.4%,收18,025點,連跌五個交易日(累跌818點或4.3%);國指全日跌38點或0.6%,收6,260點;恆生科技指數跌19點或0.5%,收4,063點。大市全日成交總額降至841.11億元,滬、深港通南下交易淨流入41.82億及40.45億元人民幣。 科網股造淡,騰訊(00700.HK)及美團-W(03690.HK)全日股價各下滑0.6%及0.7%,阿里-SW(09988.HK)走低近2%。中石油(00857.HK)今日除淨,全日股價走低4.9%。 【融創呈倒跌 遠洋飆八成】 內房股反覆波動,融創中國(01918.HK)盤中曾炒高16.9%,一度高見3.59元,全日倒跌近7.5%收2.84元,成交額達36.29億元,碧桂園(02007.HK)揚近3.9%,而遠洋集團(03377.HK)炒上82.4%收0.83元錄成交額大增至10.51億元,恆大(03333.HK)升5.2%。 中信証券發表內房報告表示,內地近期多地密集出台政策,優化商品房限購要求。內地「認房不認貸」和調降首套首付比例政策產生邊際影響,政策工具箱放鬆限購等選項豐富下,預計房地產市場在年內走向逐步復甦,隨著限購放開等政策繼續落地,更多區域的房地產市場將陸續見底,一二線城市的銷售均價有望在第四季度按季止跌,預計全國商品房銷售情況將在年內逐步走向復甦。 該行指,政策有能力穩住中國房地產市場。短期來看,該行認為政策工具箱包括放開限購在內的政策有望繼續被使用,房價不會持續單邊下行。中長期來看,配售型保障性住房建設和城中村改造有望給市場注入全新動能,房地產開發企業有望獲得新的業務發展空間。該行相信,這既是周期觸底的時刻,也是房地產行業走向可持續發展的新模式的起點。該行期待行業復甦從9月開始起步,也相信包括放鬆限購在內的政策會產生實質性效果。 【沽空率攀升 比亞迪造好】 港股主板今日市寬轉弱,主板股票的升跌比率為16比24(上日20比21),下跌股份1,031隻(跌幅2.5%);恆指成份股今日26隻股份上升,下跌股份51隻,升跌比率為33比64(上日為41為54);大市今日錄沽空164.77億元,佔可沽空股份成交額735.52億元的22.402%(上日17.887%)。 汽車股造好,比亞迪(01211.HK)上揚2.8%收254.8元,長汽(02333.HK)升2.7%,小鵬-W(09868.HK)漲近1.5%。乘聯會發布8月產銷數據。中金認為,即使8月是行業淡季,但在各地汽車促消費政策、成都車展前後大量新車推出的背景下,購車需求繼續釋放,車企降價行為未形成持幣待購,帶動8月零售按年轉正,達到歷史高位。8月出口33萬輛,按年增長31%,首八個月累計出口232萬輛,按年增長72%,全年出口有望繼續超出市場預期。 中金認為受新車型推出和車企營銷策略調整等影響,行業需求正快速走出淡季,10至11月低基數下按增速有望達到20%,維持行業按月持續向好的判斷。新能源車方面,該行指,考慮到新車供給增加、產品及定價均具備競爭力,看好後續新能源滲透率單月逐步突破40%,維持全年新能源乘用車批發或零售銷量接近900萬及800萬輛的判斷。
