《大行報告》富瑞:澳門9月首十天賭收受季節性因素及天氣影響 續偏好美高梅、銀娛及金沙中國
富瑞發表報告指,澳門博彩業9月開局較預期疲弱,主要受累季節性因素及天氣影響。該行到澳門考察後得悉,賭場較預期熱鬧;雖然內地宏觀經濟情況受到關注,但到訪澳門的多屬高端旅客,因此奢侈品銷售強勁;而內地旅客出遊仍然偏好澳門。該行繼續偏好美高梅(MGM.US)、銀河娛樂(00027.HK)及金沙中國(01928.HK),評級均為「買入」。
報告指,澳門9月首十日的日均博彩收入4.3億澳門元,是自4月的4.91億澳門元以來最差,不過行內消息預期,本月餘下時間將會改善至4.6億至5.1億澳門元,在季節性因素下,屬正常水平。
該行引述澳門業界管理層指,勞工短缺的問題已經解決,非博彩部分佔總收入比重增加,而非博彩的資本投入亦會增加。
