蘇州對購買120平方米及以上商品房不再進行購房資格審核
蘇州市委市政府上周五(8日)印發《關於促進全市經濟持續回升向好的若干政策措施》,包括提振和促進消費、著力擴大有效投資、促進房地產和建築業平穩健康發展、穩住外貿外資基本盤等八個方面推出30條具體措施。
當中,在支持剛性和改善住房需求方面,蘇州對於購買120平方米及以上商品住房不再進行購房資格審核。同時,優先保障和解決更多剛性住房需求人群,新市民、青年人、新就業人群、常住人口購房與本地戶籍居民家庭適用同等政策。並綜合採取購房補貼、房票安置、團購等方式,更好滿足居民剛性和改善性住房需求。
