恆指曾挫近360點 藍籌地產股板塊捱沽 績後新地曾挫13%
內地8月CPI按年僅微彈0.1%(前值近兩年半首降0.3%),不及市場預期反彈0.2%;按月升0.3%。期內,PPI按年僅續降3%(前值降4.3%),為五個月來最小降幅,符合市場預期;按月升0.2%。
恆指繼上周五因極端天氣停市後,今早復市延續過去三連跌勢,在新經濟股、地產及金融分類指數主導,低開260點或1.4%,報17,941,最多挫359點或約2%低見17,842喘定,現報17,942,續挫259點或1.4%,總成交額416億元。地產分類指數低見19,233, 現報19,365,急挫768點或3.8%。
藍籌股幾乎全面向下。新地(00016.HK)全年少賺6.5%,末期股息按年維持3.7元。期內,總收入按年減少8.4%至711.95億元,基礎溢利按年降約17%至238.85億元,均遠少於預期。多間券商績後下調新地目標價,其中里昂績後削新地目標價16%至79.5元及維持「沽售」評級,以反映公司核心業務面臨不利因素,2024財年或會削派息。該股今早失守52周低位83.1元,最多挫近13%至77.1元創逾14年低,現報79.95元,挫9.5%。
傳統藍籌地產股也受壓,其中恆地(00012.HK)及新世界(00017.HK)低見19.94元及15.44元齊創十個月低,現報20.3元及15.94元,續挫4%及5.3%;長實(01113.HK)低見40.25元,創逾兩年半低,現報40.45元,續跌2.6%。恆隆地產(00101.HK)低見10.22元,現報10.36元,續跌1.5%。
三大藍籌內房以龍湖(00960.HK)沽壓最大,股價重失20天及10天線(16.88元及17.04元),最低見16.34元,現報16.42元,挫5.7%;中海外(00688.HK)及潤地(01109.HK)低見16.42元及32.8元,現報16.46元及33.25元,跌4.2%及1.8%。
兩大藍籌物管股華潤萬象(01209.HK)及碧服(06098.HK)低見33.85元及9.42元,現報34.2元及9.62元,跌2.4%及3.1%。
