《盈警響號》JBB BUILDERS(01903.HK)料年度虧損約800萬令吉
JBB BUILDERS(01903.HK)發盈警補充指,預期截至今年6月底止年度,虧損約800萬元馬來西亞令吉(下同),對比去年同期純利約1,250萬元。
公司曾於7月發盈警,估計年度虧損不超過100萬元。公司預期虧損增加,主要是基於最新的市場信息和付款歷史,某些客戶的信用風險的增加,對貿易應收賬款及合約資產資產減值虧損撥備,確認額外約910萬元,因此將錄得貿易應收款項及合約資產減值虧損撥備,而不是7月公告所述的貿易應收款項及合約資產減值虧損撥回。
