《半日總結》恆指跌150點 內房股急漲 融創炒高六成

美債孳息上升拖累美股，道指跌195點或0.6%。港股早市隨外圍走軟。恆指低開51點後反覆向下，曾跌200點見18,256點，半日跌150點或0.8%，報18,306點；國指跌54點或0.9%，報6,342點；恆生科技指數跌62點或1.5%，報4,130點。大市半日成交總額464.39億元，滬、深港通南下交易半日淨流人23.2億及12.57億元人民幣。
內地《證券時報》指繼續執行樓房限購、限貸政策已不合時宜，內房股急漲。融創中國(01918.HK)炒高61.4%，世茂集團(00813.HK)及恆大(03333.HK)各炒高39.5%及31.4%，龍光(03380.HK)彈20.5%，碧桂園(02007.HK)、合景泰富(01813.HK)、富力(02777.HK)、遠洋(03377.HK)及雅居樂(03383.HK)升13.3%至17.8%，新城(01030.HK)升7.4%。物管股碧服(06098.HK)及雅生活(03319.HK)升4.6%及4.9%。
科技股偏軟，內媒報道小米(01810.HK)於部分城市向經銷商轉讓小米之家，小米跌0.5%報11.54元。阿里(09988.HK)跌0.9%報91.55元，騰訊(00700.HK)跌1.5%報324元，快手(01024.HK)升0.2%報65.15元。京東(09618.HK)及嗶哩嗶哩(09626.HK)跌0.3%及0.9%，美團(03690.HK)跌1.2%，百度(09888.HK)、網易(09999.HK)及商湯(00020.HK)跌2.4%至3.1%，東方甄選(01797.HK)跌5.5%。
出口及航運股下跌，東方海外(00316.HK)、海豐(01308.HK)及太平洋航運(02343.HK)跌2.9%至3.1%，創科(00669.HK)及申洲(02313.HK)跌3.2%及4.3%。醫藥股藥明生物(02269.HK)、石四藥(02005.HK)及綠葉製藥(02186.HK)各跌逾3%，藥明康德(02359.HK)及康龍化成(03759.HK)跌近6%。消費股方面，安踏(02020.HK)、李寧(02331.HK)、滔搏(06110.HK)、呷哺呷哺(00520.HK)、頤海(01579.HK)及中免(01880.HK)跌2.4%至3.3%。
手機部件股舜宇(02382.HK)跌3%，聯想集團(00992.HK)跌4.4%。華為概念股方面，中軟(00354.HK)逆升5.1%，中芯(00981.HK)續吐1.4%。車股方面，比亞迪(01211.HK)升0.9%報249.8元，理想(02015.HK)及小鵬(09868.HK)跌逾2%，零跑(09863.HK)跌4.7%。長城汽車(02333.HK)8月銷量升29.3%，該股升1.9%報9.61元。
金融股方面，匯控(00005.HK)升0.3%報57.8元，友邦(01299.HK)及港交所(00388.HK)跌1.9%及0.8%。布蘭特期油曾升穿每桶90美元，中海油(00883.HK)升1.2%，中海油服(02883.HK)升2.6%。
