萬科:下半年擬推28個新項目 目前整體融資正常
內媒報道,萬科A(000002.SZ)發布的投資者關係活動記錄表顯示,今年下半年有28個新項目推出,主要分布在上海、杭州、合肥、成都等主要城市。同時,下半年計劃交付17.9萬套房。
公司指,上半年至今,已經完成150億元人民幣(下同)的境外再融資,目前整體融資處於正常的狀態。今年下半年境外無債務到期,明年主要有3筆境外債到期,按照現時匯率,折合約110億元,已經啟動相關的還款準備工作,在美元加息的背景下,萬科在境外的策略相對會控制總量,爭取進一步降低海外負債。
