《大行報告》花旗下調復星國際(00656.HK)目標價至7.1元 評級「買入」
花旗發表報告指,復星國際(00656.HK)上半年純利按年跌40%至13.6億元人民幣。該行指,對公司而言,在去槓桿期間,短期陣痛是無可避免,並將公司在2023年至25年盈利預測下調54%至67%,反映在非核心資產處置後,經常性利潤預測下降以及該行對集團投資收入有更加保守的預測。
該行認為主要負面因素已反映於股價,以資產淨值(NAV)折讓62%為估值基礎(較歷史均值仍低一個標準差),將復星國際目標價由8.1元下調至7.1元,維持「買入」評級。
