格隆匯8月31日丨老百姓(603883.SH)在8月30日半年報解讀會上表示,第二季度公司的業績未達成公司預算。我們對第二季度業績進行了嚴密覆盤,主要原因是今年以來全國各地陸續推進醫保門診統籌政策,而公司所覆蓋地區政策落地速度較慢,門診統籌政策在公立醫院以及醫療機構優先放開,從而出現顧客短期迴流的情況。截至今年6月30日,公司可以刷統籌醫保、可以用互聯網處方的門店在總門店數佔比18%,落地的進度不及同行上市公司,主要與公司覆蓋區域較廣、不同區域政策差異大有關。
