《大行報告》美銀證券下調工行(01398.HK)目標價至4.8元 評級「買入」
美銀證券下調對工行(01398.HK)目標價,由5.37元降至4.8元,以配合今明兩年市賬率基礎及反映人民幣貶值,維持「買入」評級,基於審慎增長、強勁資產負債表及吸引估值。該行同時下調對工行今年至2025年盈利預測4%至8%。
該行指,工行半年純利低於該行預測0.6%,但勝於首季的零增長。核心盈利按年跌5.3%,亦遜於美銀預期0.4%,半年股本回報率按年跌0.8個百分點至10.7%,普通股權一級資本比率跌50點子至13.2%。
