《大行報告》花旗下調粵投(00270.HK)目標價至8元 評級「買入」
花旗發表報告指,粵海投資(00270.HK)中期業績符合預期,撇除一次性項目的影響後,受人民幣兌港元貶值所拖累,上半年淨利潤按年下降4.3%,但中期股息與去年同期持平。
花旗表示,考慮到預測全年度股息率處於較高水平,加上公司財務狀況似乎有所改善,上半年淨負債對股本比率下降,預期若沒有新重大項目可投資,則全年資本開支水平較低,因此重申「買入」評級。
但該行基於新建水務和房地產項目較少,將2023至2025年淨利潤預測下調7%至9%,目標價從9.9元降至8元。
