新世界(00017.HK)續升逾5% 上半年獲授300億元低成本融資
上周五(25日)市場傳出新世界(00017.HK)質押資產的消息,今日(30日)《香港經濟日報》引述新世界發言人指,集團上半年獲得300億元銀行貸款,當中約220億元屬再融資,逾80億元屬新批出貸款,息率為銀行同業拆息(HIBOR)加約1.1厘的低成本融資。另外,集團在內地貸款利率介乎2.8至3.2厘,而截至去年底銀行貸款息率平均亦約為3.8厘。
報道引述消息稱,在內房危機下銀行傾向與有實力的港資發展商保持良好關係,未見新世界的信貸額度有所調整,不過新世界為提高市場信心或會提早贖回部分永續債。
新世界今日(30日)高開近1%後升幅擴大,最高見17.5元;現報17.38元,續升5.21%,成交390.17萬股,涉資6,634.22萬元。
