諾亞控股(06686.HK):建議股份拆細 每手買賣單位將更改為100股已拆細股份
格隆匯8月29日丨諾亞控股(06686.HK)發佈公吿,董事會建議將每股面值0.0005美元的各股已發行及未發行股份拆細為10股每股面值0.00005美元的已拆細股份。股份目前於香港聯交所以每手買賣單位20股股份進行買賣。董事會建議,待股份拆細生效後,每手買賣單位將由20股股份更改為100股已拆細股份。更改每手買賣單位將不會影響股東的任何相關權利。於2023年10月30日(星期一)上午九時正至2023年12月1日(星期五)下午四時十分期間將開放臨時櫃位,可以臨時每手買賣單位200股已拆細股份(以現有股票形式)進行買賣。
