橙天嘉禾(01132.HK):上半年股權持有人應占虧損2440萬港元
格隆匯8月28日丨橙天嘉禾(01132.HK)發佈公吿,截至2023年6月30日止六個月,收益由3.282億港元增加21%至3.962億港元,主要由於中國香港及新加坡於2022年起放寬社交距離措施及COVID後的經濟復甦所致。毛利因收益增加而由2.093億港元增加23%至2.566億港元。毛利率由64%增加至65%。
報吿期內,股權持有人應占虧損為2440萬港元,較去年同期的股權持有人應占虧損1090萬港元增加。虧損增加主要由於該期間集團出售中國香港辦公室物業的非經常性淨收益5650萬港元,而期內並無錄得有關收益。倘扣除出售的淨收益5650萬港元,該期間的經調整虧損淨額為6740萬港元,而期內則為2440萬港元,相當於虧損下跌64%。
