碧桂園(02007.HK)曾飆18.5%後升幅收窄 「森林城市」項目獲列大馬金融特區
馬來西亞總理安華宣布,將碧桂園(02007.HK)在馬來西亞柔佛州的大型開發項目森林城市列為金融特區,希望這可吸引國際投資者進駐以及人才來大馬定居,以進一步帶動國內經濟。
安華表示,在此金融特區工作的合格熟練工人將享有15%的所得稅特別稅率,同時會開設海關快捷通道方便海外熟練工人入境。
碧桂園(02007.HK)承過去兩日升勢,今日(28日)高開14.8%報0.93元後,初段曾升18.5%,最高見0.96元後升幅收窄;現報0.86元,升6.2%,成交2.87億股,涉資2.56億元。
碧桂園約十年前開始發展森林城市,目標吸引70人萬居住,當時估算總耗資超過1,000億美元。但其後傳出大馬禁止向外國人銷售森林城市項目,以及中國實施嚴格資本管制,令項目被指淪為鬼城,碧桂園稱目前森林城市僅居住約9,000人。
