格隆匯8月25日丨數字王國(00547.HK)公佈中期業績，截至2023年6月30日止年度，公司實現營收4.15億港元，其中視覺特效製作及後期製作服務收入為4.12億港元，虛擬人服務收入為294.8萬港元。期內毛利為7183.1萬港元，同比增長約1.7%。營業額及毛利變動乃源於媒體娛樂分部。於2023年6月30日，集團總資產為12.61億港元。於2023年6月30日，現金及銀行結餘總額約為4.84億港元，較2022年12月31日的1.54億港元的大幅增長215.52%。
集團的「目標」是透過集團獨特的多元化(市場、股東、董事及員工)推動業務及璀璨前景，並指引集團的戰略實踐。為支持集團的「目標」，集團將繼續專注於視覺特效及虛擬人業務，而集團為能夠連接全球最具增長動力的市場(美國╱加拿大、中國及印度)而感到自豪。儘管面對競爭仍然非常激烈的市場環境，集團積極發掘劇情片、線上遊戲、電視╱OTT 劇集及廣吿的新項目及商機。與此同時，集團將繼續評估北美及亞洲各工作室的成本架構、職責及營運表現，從而在長遠提升工作成效及效率以及削減製作成本。集團亦積極考慮與歐洲業務合作伙伴在歐洲開展潛在項目。
就虛擬人業務而言，集團將繼續增加現有之產品及服務組合，以及與戰略商業夥伴及╱或投資者發掘新服務及產品(例如具備多國語言功能、軟件即服務產品等)。集團將提高虛擬人與社交網絡平台、娛樂業務及其他環境(例如財務、客户服務及教育)的受眾之間的互動。
一如大部份先進科技公司，集團將繼續投放大量財務及人力資源於嶄新科技的持續研發(例如人工智能生成內容(AIGC)，可進一步增強集團的視覺特效及後期製作能力)，以及聘請及挽留全球各地的合適人才，支持集團的未來發展。為支持業務增長、集團的研發要求及加強集團的業務生態系統，集團亦繼續尋求融資、與策略夥伴╱投資者及／或大學合作的機會。
