格隆匯8月25日丨濠江機電(01408.HK)公佈中期業績,截至2023年6月30日止六個月,COVID-19疫情後,澳門機電行業市場緩慢復甦,尤其是娛樂及度假村行業的項目招標,加上全球經濟的不確定性,導致澳門機電工程服務的需求疲軟。儘管這兩年有更多政府公營項目推出,但機電項目已分拆成規相對較小的的分包服務。因此,集團於該期間的收益較2022年同期減少19.1百萬澳門元或21.9%。儘管如此,零售、餐飲及旅遊業迅速復甦,機電服務的需求隨後亦會相應增加。
集團於該期間錄得虧損淨額約540萬澳門元,而於2022年同期錄得純利約840萬澳門元,乃主要由於集團承接的項目毛利率普遍較低,澳門機電服務需求恢復緩慢,以及集團為承擔社會責任而保留現有員工,不會採取裁員行動。
