TCL電子(01070.HK)公佈中期業績 互聯網業務及創新業務持續強勁增長 運營效率進一步提升
格隆匯8月25日丨TCL電子(01070.HK)發佈公吿,截至2023年6月30日止6個月,公司收入實現349.16億港元,同比增長3.7%;得益於TCL智屏產品結構優化成效彰顯,中高端及大屏趨勢持續深化,毛利同比增長12.4%至65.00億港元,整體毛利率同比提升1.4個百分點至18.6%。費用方面,集團持續降本增效,提升運營效率,行政支出率同比下降0.5個百分點;同時,集團深知品牌業務的長遠發展離不開強勁的品牌力支撐,2023年上半年戰略性地加大營銷方面投入,報吿期內銷售費用率同比增加0.9個百分點,帶動集團整體費用率同比提升0.4個百分點至15.7%,集團深信營銷費用的投入將為長期發展帶來更多的規模擴張及品牌溢價潛力。
2023年上半年,集團以顯示業務多年來積累的TCL全球品牌力、渠道佈局及全產業鏈垂直一體化優勢為基礎,持續推動分佈式光伏、AR/XR智能眼鏡等創新業務的高速發展,並以互聯網業務作為增值服務賦能核心業務,拓展以智慧顯示產品為核心的智能物聯生態全品類佈局。規模效應日益增強帶動報吿期內集團除税後利潤同比提升7.8%至3.16億港元,歸母淨利潤錄得2.64億港元,同比增長5.7%。
於報吿期內,集團整體財務狀況持續穩健。截至2023年6月30日,集團資本負債比率為36.7%,同比降低8.0個百分點;集團運營效率進一步提升,2023年上半年集團存貨週轉天數70天,同比加快16天;現金週轉天數38天,同比加快15天。
作為集團的盈利增長藍海,互聯網業務及創新業務於報吿期內表現亮麗,持續強勁增長。2023年上半年,集團互聯網業務收入錄得11.13億港元,同比提升18.1%,毛利率同比增長1.9個百分點至54.1%的高水平,盈利貢獻持續上升。
集團創新業務2023年上半年收入同比大幅增長65.2%至86.88億港元,其中自2022年第二季度起正式營運的光伏業務,2023年上半年收入達16.85億港元,同比大幅增長878.5%;全品類營銷業務規模再度擴大,收入同比增長43.0%至60.73億港元;集團智能連接及智能家居業務收入錄得同比增長10.9%至9.30億港元,其中智能連接業務毛利率同比大幅提升7.0個百分點至20.4%。
2023年上半年TCL智屏出貨量同比逆勢上升12.9%至1,146萬台,TCL智屏全球出貨量及銷售額市佔率分別提升1.3個百分點至12.4%和1.5個百分點至10.2%,分別位列全球前二和前三6,其中65寸及以上TCL智屏出貨量同比增長67.8%,其出貨量佔比顯著提升7.4個百分點至22.5%,TCL智屏平均尺寸同比增長3.6寸至49.9寸。
此外,2023年上半年研發費用同比增長2.3%至10.95億港元,研發費用率達3.1%。在研發投入及成果方面,集團持續加強研發投入,鞏固行業領先的研發能力及地位,包括在顯示畫質技術方面實現MiniLED大屏技術控制點的構建及音質自我調整的創新突破,支撐顯示產品技術斷層領先;加大系統技術平台投入,深化AR等創新賽道的核心能力積澱,探索智能交互場景應用;夯實AIxIoT技術平台,持續融入人工智能(AI)大模型能力,提升產品及服務體驗和內部運營效率。
