飛龍股份(002536.SZ)：聯合太湖能谷、裝投新能源進行戰略合作並簽訂儲能項目合作開發協議
格隆匯8月25日丨飛龍股份(002536.SZ)公佈，為推動公司新能源轉型戰略、發揮在儲能液冷方面的產品優勢，打造綠色工廠，公司聯合長興太湖能谷科技有限公司(“太湖能谷”)、河南裝投新能源有限公司(“裝投新能源”)進行戰略合作，互利共贏，擴大儲能市場。公司於今日上午收到了三方簽訂的《儲能項目合作開發協議》。
根據合作開發協議顯示，太湖能谷、裝投新能源擬與國家電投集團及其它央、國企公司合資設立項目公司(“項目公司”)，在西峽縣、內鄉縣投資建設儲能電站，同等條件下優先採用飛龍股份的儲能液冷系列產品，為飛龍股份提供儲能服務。此舉一方面推動公司產品向非車領域拓展，另一方面降低了公司用電成本，同時提升了企業成本管理能力、用電安全和電能質量。
合作三方依照國家法律、法規及公司內部制度，在儲能業務方面開展全方位戰略合作，合作內容主要包括：
(一)合作三方對飛龍股份園區用電需求進行整理，共同研究制定園區儲能系統方案。
(二)太湖能谷同意在河南省及周邊區域省份投資建設的儲能電站，同等條件下優先採用飛龍股份的儲能液冷系列產品。
(三)飛龍股份同意太湖能谷及項目公司為飛龍股份提供儲能服務，提供必要支持。儲能電站在谷電時段充電，在尖高峯時段放電，為飛龍股份降低用電成本。儲能電站合作期限20年，飛龍股份承諾太湖能谷及項目公司為飛龍股份儲能服務合作方，優先使用太湖能谷儲能電站放出的電量。
(四)太湖能谷及項目公司同意投資建設儲能電站(具體容量現場勘測後確定)，為飛龍股份提供電力，並給予飛龍股份一定優惠電價，優惠電價約佔峯谷電價收益10%。電價優惠在每月計費賬單中扣減。
此次儲能項目合作開發協議的簽訂，儲能電站優惠電價的實行，一方面推動公司產品向非車領域深化拓展，是公司發揮在儲能液冷方面的產品優勢，加快向儲能領域發展步伐的重要嘗試，為後續開拓該類業務提供了寶貴的經驗，能夠加速公司產品應用領域多元化的進程；另一方面電力為公司主要能源，實施本次合作能夠一定程度降低公司能源成本，增強成本管控能力和市場競爭能力。
