亨得利(03389.HK)主席售19.27%予子女 失控股股東地位
亨得利(03389.HK)公布,獲主席及執行董事兼控股股東張瑜平告知,以每股約0.145元出售19.27%股權予其兒子兼行政總裁張泳麟及女兒張沅沅。緊隨轉讓事項完成後,張瑜平所持股權由36.27%降至17%,不再為控股股東,但仍然是單一最大股東及主要股東。而張泳麟持有16%股權,將成為主要股東,張沅沅則擁有3.27%股權。
集團預期,轉讓事項將不會對集團的業務營運及管理層組成架構造成任何重大影響。
