中國天化工(00362.HK)清盤呈請延期至9月27日過堂聆訊
中國天化工(00362.HK)公佈,就債券認購人王月嫺提出的清盤呈請,高等法院已於8月16日聽審,並已延期至9月27日進行進一步過堂聆訊。公司在所有關鍵時間都尋求法律顧問的意見,以確定有關法律訴訟簡易判決、上訴及呈請的後續及可能採取的行動,包括擬向呈請人進行反申索以保障公司及股東的整體利益。
公司已就呈請向高等法院申請並於8月22日獲授出認可令,自提出呈請日起所有已發行及繳足股份的轉讓,均不會因公司清盤條例而屬無效。公司確信呈請對業務營運及財務狀況並無重大影響。
