中國星集團(00326.HK)預期年度綜合虧損7800萬至8800萬港元
格隆匯8月23日丨中國星集團(00326.HK)公吿,公司預期截至2023年6月30日止年度的綜合虧損78,000,000港元至88,000,000港元,而上年度同期數額為35,943,000港元。
虧損增加主要由於期內集團銀行貸款利率上升導致融資成本大幅增加至約76,000,000港元,及由於新業務多媒體及娛樂經營業務產生更多市場推廣開支有所增加(截至2022年6月30日止六個月為1,277,000港元)。該影響部份被物業開發及投資經營業務及多媒體及娛樂經營業務產生的毛利增加以及透過損益以公平價值列賬的金融資產的公平價值變動所產生的虧損約7,000,000港元有所減少(截至2022年6月30日止六個月為23,380,000港元)所抵銷。
