挪威庭上堅持Meta(META.US)違反私隱法 應維持每日罰款100萬克朗
挪威數據監管機構為向Meta(META.US)每日罰款100萬克朗(約94,145美元)作出辯護,稱公司正在違反歐洲數據私隱規定,而該案件有可能會對歐洲產生更廣泛的影響。
監管機構於8月14日起向Meta每日罰款100萬克朗,因公司收集用戶數據並利用這些數據向用戶投放定向廣告,從而侵犯用戶私隱。目前Meta正就罰款向法院申請臨時禁令,強調已經承諾會徵求用戶的同意,不過監管機構表示,目前尚不清楚Meta何時以及如何尋求用戶的同意,而目前用戶的權利的確受到侵犯。
