A股頻現股東被動減持！摩恩電氣二股東“爆倉”，清倉式被動減持
近來A股多番“深V”回魂操作，然而極端行情下，已有上市公司股東已是熬不住折騰了......
8月22日晚間，摩恩電氣公吿稱，二股東因股票質押違約被動減持，在未來的六個月內將開展新一輪的大規模減持。
消息影響下，摩恩股份今日直接大跌開盤，截至發稿仍跌超6%，實際近日來走勢也已是破位下殺，走出一波“A”字殺走勢。
據悉，8月以來，已經有19家上市公司發佈了被動減持公吿。
二股東“爆倉”被動減持
據悉，此事件可追溯至去年7月。2022年7月1日，摩恩電氣曾公吿稱，因融屏信息質押給東興證券的股票未能及時追加保證金或提前回購導致違約，東興證券向法院提起訴訟並凍結融屏信息持有的公司股票3417.366萬股。與此同時，東興證券公吿稱，擬強制平倉融屏信息持有的公司股票數量不超過2635.2萬股，不超過公司總股本的6%。
實際自2023年1月起，東興證券開始推動減持。以最近一次來看，8月21日盤後，摩恩電氣公吿稱，融屏信息於今年8月18日以集中競價交易方式減持公司股份348.28萬股，佔公司普通股總股本比例為0.79%，減持價格區間為8.66元/股～8.98元/股，減持金額超3000萬元。
8月22日公吿稱，已於公吿日收到東興證券出具的《關於進行股票減持披露的通知函》，因公司持股5%以上股東融屏信息股票質押違約，東興證券擬對融屏信息質押的摩恩電氣股票繼續進行減持處置。
公吿稱，東興證券擬通過集中競價交易或大宗交易方式合計強制平倉融屏信息持有的摩恩電氣股票數量不超過2635.2萬股，不超過上市公司總股本的6%，且在減持期間內任意連續90個自然日內通過集中競價交易減持股份的總數不超過公司總股本的1%，通過大宗交易減持不超過公司總股本2%。
截至公吿日，融屏信息持有摩恩電氣3069.08萬股，佔公司總股本的6.99%；其中，3043.85萬股被質押，3069.08萬股處於凍結狀態。
多公司被動減持
無獨有偶，8月21日晚間，貝瑞基因發佈公吿稱，公司控股股高揚及其一致行動人侯穎因質押到期，將被國信證券通過集中競價的方式分別減持不超過709.2117萬股。
消息影響下，8月22日，貝瑞基因低開低走，隨即快速封死跌停板，股價報收10.28元，當日成交2.12億元，其中以跌停價成交約7400萬元。
上市公司股東股權質押是非常常見的事情，股東可以通過用上市公司股份作為質押，向資金放款方融資。質押期間，如果公司的股價下跌，擔保比例不夠，出資方就要求上市公司股東補充質押，也就是用股票或現金來質押，上市公司股東一旦無法進行補充就如同爆倉一樣，面臨被出資方強制平倉的風險，如果質押比例過大，被強制平倉，往往會導致股價下跌。
據悉，8月以來，已經有19家上市公司發佈了被動減持公吿。
