 瑞安房地產(00272.HK)公吿,2023年中期業績,2023年中國房地產行業繼續面對重重挑戰。雖然中國商業活動在新冠疫情防控措施解除後有所恢復,但消費者仍持謹慎態度,導致2023年上半年復甦弱於預期。同時,大多數發展商的流動資金依然緊張。

在此背景下,公司欣然報吿,集團取得穩健的業績。集團於2023年上半年錄得收入人民幣64.31億元,較2022年同期增加46%。期內溢利按年增長17%至人民幣9.13億元,股東應占溢利亦按年增長37%至人民幣6.18億元。考慮到集團於期內的財務表現,董事會決定建議派付2023年中期股息每股港幣3.2仙(2022年上半年:每股港幣3.6仙)。

2023年上半年物業銷售額增長90%至人民幣46.62億元(2022年上半年:人民幣24.49億元),主要來自上海蟠龍天地的貢獻。上海蟠龍天地於2023年4月開業,以及新天地時尚II重新開業,均為集團帶來額外收入。租金及相關收入(包括合營公司及聯營公司)總額為人民幣15.15億元,按年增長3%。

截至2023年6月30日,淨資產負債率微升至50%。現金及銀行存款共達人民幣122.39億元。公司繼續致力審慎管理資產負債狀況,並將保持良好的流動性作為首要目標。
