新地(00016.HK):全力支持政府「搞活夜經濟」 料能為商場帶來連鎖反應
對於政府近日積極討論「搞活夜經濟」,以推動零售餐飲業復甦步伐,新地商場表示,會全力支持政府搞活「夜經濟」,為助本地各行各業復甦出一份力。
新地(00016.HK)執行董事馮秀炎表示,晚市收入佔新地旗下商場營業額超過三分之一,相信若商場做好做旺晚市、甚至延長整體營業時間,並在場內公共空間加入夜市元素,定能帶來連鎖反應,提升商場購物氣氛,等於帶旺香港經濟,故對有關政策表示歡迎。
馮氏表示,集團旗下旗艦商場apm有「搞夜市」經驗,並願意投放資源,亦同時拉動及鼓勵租戶在晚市提供優惠,全力支持政府推動夜市經濟。
馮氏續指,目前零售、餐飲商戶在前線員工招聘,遇到不少困難,不少店舖均是「一人舖」,故建議當局加快、及彈性處理「補充勞工計劃」的審批速度,盡快填補本地前線勞動力。
