《本地樓市》凱柏峰III周六售138伙 超額認購8.8倍
由港鐵公司(00066.HK)、信和置業(00083.HK)、嘉華國際(00173.HK)及招商局置地(00978.HK)合作發展將軍澳日出康城第XID期發展項目「凱柏峰 III Villa Garda III」將於本周六(26日)推售138伙,將於周五截票。信和置業執行董事田兆源表示,推售的138個單位中,逾八成是兩房戶型。
招商局置地執行董事兼總經理黃競源表示,項目截至昨晚8時,累收逾1,350票,超額認購8.8倍,當中有七成客人有意選購兩房。
