A股收評：指數拉昇翻紅，成交額超8000億，數據要素、算力、券商表現活躍
今日，三大指數尾盤拉昇，截至收盤集體收升，滬指升0.88%報3120點，深證成指升0.53%，創業板指升0.09%。兩市近2600股上升，全天成交8184億元，北上資金淨賣出63.78億元,，連續12日淨賣出。
盤面上，數據資產入表正式落地，數據要素板塊全天強勢，上海鋼聯等十餘股升停；券商股午後拉昇，首創證券升超9%；算力概念股延續強勢，中貝通信、鴻博股份升停；通信服務震盪上行，中國聯通張超7%；信創、AIGC概念、互聯網服務等板塊升幅居前。另外，減肥藥板塊全天走低，科源製藥跌超14%；寵物經濟午後跌幅擴大，源飛寵物一度跌停；SPD概念股持續回調，開開實業跌停；醫藥商業、户外露營、CRO、美容護理及環保板塊跌幅居前。
具體來看：
數據要素、數據確權板塊全天活躍，卓創資訊、零點有數、三維天地、慧博雲通20CM升停，匯納科技升超16%，易華錄升超15%，安妮文化、浙數文化、中國科傳、新炬網絡等升停。
消息面上，近日，數字資產入表時間敲定。財政部制定印發了《企業數據資源相關會計處理暫行規定》，自2024年1月1日起施行。
算力股升幅居前，佳華科技升超13%，鴻博股份2連板股價創新高，成為AI板塊首隻10倍牛股，工業富聯、雲賽智聯升停，美利雲升超6%，拓維信息、浪潮信息升超5%。
券商股午後再度衝高，首創證券拉昇逼近升停再創歷史新高，信達證券升超8%，華林證券、中金公司、信達證券等跟升。
疫苗、CRO等醫藥板塊大跌，沃森生物、智飛生物跌超4%，長春高新、天康生物、康希諾、美迪希跌超3%。
消息面上，有市場傳聞稱“很多二類疫苗要改成一類疫苗”，對此，業內人士稱，從目前的盤面表現看，雖然傳聞“很不靠譜”，但資金先跑為敬。長春高新、沃森生物相關人士均迴應表示，據瞭解，公司目前沒有接到相關通知。
環保板塊回調，科淨源跌超13%，中原環保、九州一軌、雪迪龍、錢江生化跌超8%，中蘭環保、朗坤環境跌超7%，遠達環保跌超6%，同興環保等跟跌。
消息面上，日本政府在舉行相關閣僚會議後正式宣佈，將從8月24日開始將福島第一核電站核污染水排放入海。
今日，北上資金淨流出36.83億元，其中滬股通淨流出25.23億元，深股通淨流出11.6億元。
展望未來，中信建投認為，企業盈利處於底部，政策利率調降時點與幅度超預期，後續地產與資本市場政策有望持續催化，回購潮也顯示積極信號，中期視角堅定“活躍牛”。重點關注以中特估為代表的低估值高分紅方向，行業：地產鏈（地產/建材/鋼鐵）、建築、券商、保險、汽車、機械設備、有色/石油等。
